The Behavioral Health Resources is a nonprofit mental health services provider located in Washington, USA. It offers behavioral and mental health care, which includes outpatient counseling, crisis response, substance use disorder treatment, etc.

The BHR has recently agreed to a settlement of $1.1 million to resolve a class action lawsuit filed against them. This company was sued for not protecting personal information of their patient in the data breach incident, which took place in November 2024.

If you believe you are among the individuals who were affected by this cybersecurity incident, you may get a payout and other benefits. Here, we have shared who is eligible to get the benefit, what one is required to do to get its benefits, and much more.

What to do to get the BHR data breach settlement benefit?
