ASCE 2025 Convention
The ASCE organized the flagship annual event for civil engineering professionals to meet, network, and enhance their educational and professional knowledge. This Convention is aimed at bringing the technical content to students, professionals, and ACSE members or non-members.
The ASCE 2025 Convention will be held from 08 October to 11 October 2025 in Seattle, WA. The Society has begun the online registration process for everyone members to non-members on the official website, and it will go on till 24 September 2025. The on-site registration for the 2025 Convention will begin on 25 September 2025, where the registration rate can be higher.

Important Note:
- The registration fee can be paid to the authority through credit card – American Express, Mastercard, VISA, Diners Club, and Discover, or through check.
- The checks should be sent to the authority before 24 September 2025.
- You can request a refund if you can’t attend the event by writing to the ASCE headquarters, but you have to pay the $100 processing fee.
ASCE 2025 Convention Registration Steps
If you wish to attend the ASCE 2025 conventions, you should follow the steps below to complete the registration:
- Visit the ASCE official website for Convention 2025.
- Next, click the Register now link and log in with your ASCE username and password; however, if you don’t have one, you can create a new account.
- Once you enter your information and pay the Convention registration fees, your registration will be confirmed.
The advance registrants will receive confirmation of successful registration via email before the conference.
The ASCE 2025 Convention registration for advanced registrants is still open, if you wish to attend this event, this is your chance; otherwise, you can only register on-site. So, apply before 24 September 2025, and pay the registration fees to get the latest insights, learn new skills, and network with prominent Society members and industry leaders.
