The AT&T class action settlement claim process is going on; if you are a class member, you can file it before 18 November 2025 and receive a payout of up to $7500. Know the full details about the AT&T claim process, payout, and others here. 

AT&T $7500 Settlement Claim Form

The lawsuit was filed against AT&T over the data incidents that occurred in March 2024 and July 2024, affecting millions of users.  The lawsuit was filed in October 2024, claiming the defendant failed to protect the account holder’s data.

The class action settlement has reached the preliminary approval stage, and the settlement administrator has begun the claim process. The class members who were affected by the AT&T data incident 1 and data incident 2 can file the claim form before the deadline, 18 November 2025.

The class members who wish to be excluded from the settlement cannot file the form now as the deadline has passed, 17 October 2025. The final approval hearing is scheduled on 03 December 2025, where the court will make a decision on settlement fairness and approve the payout.

Who can file the AT&T claim form?

If you wish to claim the AT&T settlement payout, you should first checkout the eligibility conditions to be the class member for the respective data incident:

  • You are living in the United States and your data elements are affected by the AT&T data incident 1, such as name, address, email address, etc. 
  • You are living in the US And you have an AT&T account or end user and your data elements were impacted due to the AT&T data incident announced on 12 July 2024.

  • Any entity, subsidiaries, directors, officers, successors, or legal representatives of AT&T will be excluded from the settlement. 
  • Any person who has excluded themselves from the settlement will not be included.
  • The judge, judicial staff, and other immediate family members will be excluded from the settlement. 

What will your payout from the AT&T settlement be?

The AT&T settlement was approved for the settlement fund of $177 million, where $149 million was announced for March 2024 data breach, and $28 million for July 2024 data breach. The settlement administrator will process the payment after deducting the attorney;s fees & cost, administration expenses, and others.

The administrator will process the payment in tiers based on the data incident you were affected with. Here you can check the payment distribution of AT&T class action settlement:

  • AT&T Data Incident 1 class members:
  • Documented cash payment: If your data elements are compromised due to data incident 1 and you can present the documents for all the losses occurred in 2019 or later, you can receive the payment of $5000.
  • Tier Cash payment: If you do not have the documents for loss you faced, you can claim the tier cash payment, where you do not have to present any documentation. You will receive the payout in two tiers:
  • Tier 1: If your Social Security Number was compromised, you will receive the payment in the tier 1 slab.
  • Tier 2: If your other data elements were leaked in the data incident, you can claim the Tier 2 payment. 
  • AT&T data incident 2 class members:
  • Documented cash payment: The class members who were affected by the data incident reported in July 2024 and have the proper records of the losses they faced on or April 2024, you will receive payment up to $2500. 
  • Tier 3 Cash payment: If you do not have the record of the loss you faced, you will receive the payment from Tier 2 cash slab. 
  • Overlap Settlement class member: 
  • If you are affected by both the data incident and claiming the settlement for both, you will receive the compensation for both data incidents. With documented loss cash payment, you can receive the payout up to $7500. 

How to file the AT&T settlement claim form?

The AT&T settlement class members who wish to claim the settlement can file the claim form in the following ways:

  • Online: 
  • Visit the official settlement website at https://www.telecomdatasettlement.com/
  • Next, click the “Submit Claim” option, login with your class member ID, or enter your email address, AT&T account number, or Full name. 
  • Now, access the AT&T settlement claim form, enter all the valid details on the form. 
  • Submit the claim form with all the documented records, if you are claiming the documented cash loss. 
  • Offline: 
  • You can claim the AT&T settlement by downloading the claim form and send it to the following address:

The AT&T class action settlement claim process is open, you have just a month and few days left to file the claim form, so check your eligibility.
