Domino’s Pizza Job Applicant Settlement- Claim Form, Payout and Eligibility Criteria

The Jeff, Pat, and Chris LLC, which is a franchise group of Domino’s Pizza, has agreed to the settlement of $900,000. It resulted from the class action lawsuit that was filed against the company alleging that it failed to disclose wage scales and salary ranges in job postings. Here, we discussed the eligibility, payout, claim form, and other details.

The settlement fund is going to be distributed among the class members, i.e., individuals who applied for a job in Washington with Jeff, Pat, Chris LLC, Farmer Pies Inc., or Farmer Co-op LLC between January 1, 2023, and August 22, 2025. To get the payout, there is no provision for the submission of the claim form.

Note the settlement administrator will send payout to all class members of the Domino’s Pizza job applicant settlement, who won’t exclude himself or herself. As of now, the settlement has received the preliminary approval, and the settlement portal is made public with the option to object and opt out of the settlement.

Understanding the Domino’s Pizza Job Applicant Settlement

Back in 2024, a class action settlement was filed against Jeff, Pat, and Chris LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise group, alleging that the franchise violated Washington law by failing to disclose wage scales and salary ranges. After that the defendant agreed to the settlement of $900,000 without accepting any wrongdoing.

As I already have mentioned above, the settlement has received the preliminary approval, and there is no provision for filling out the claim form, so you needn’t do anything to receive the payment. One thing you must know is that the payout is going to be received via paper check, so make sure that you update your address with the settlement administrator.

The deadline to opt out from settlement class members and object against the settlement is October 30, 2025. If you aren’t interested in getting the settlement payout, you can exercise the opt-out option, and if you have any concern related to the settlement, you can raise it.
