Have you ever been a patient of SSM Health? If yes, you may be eligible to get the payout from a settlement. Note that the payment is going to be received by those individuals who have used the MyChart portal sometime between July 6, 2020, and February 10, 2023.
The settlement resulted from a class action lawsuit, which was filed against the hospital alleging that it has unlawfully disclosed and allowed third-party tracking tools to capture private patient information from its MyChart portal without proper consent.
